Deine Aufgaben
  • Koordination von Entwicklungs-, Produktions- oder Prozessprojekte
  • Projektplanung, -controlling und -berichterstattung
  • Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Projektergebnissen
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten sowie Entwicklungspartnern auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
  • Planung und Durchführung von Workshops und Projektmeetings, sowohl beim Kunden als auch intern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der pmX
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten
Dein Profil
  • Diplom-/Masterstudium oder Bachelor mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich Projekt, Prozess- und/oder Qualitätsmanagement
  • Kenntnis von Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englisch-Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Entscheidungsfreude
  • Der Fähigkeit, sich schnell in ein breites Aufgabenspektrum einzuarbeiten
  • Offenheit für Neues

Your mission
  • Coordination of development, production or process projects
  • Project planning, controlling and reporting
  • Preparation and presentation of project results
  • Cooperation and coordination with customers, suppliers and development partners on a national and international level
  • Planning and execution of workshops and project meetings, both at the customer's site and internally
  • Collaboration in the further development of pmX
  • Management and collaboration in internal projects
Your profile
  • Diploma/Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of work experience.
  • Work experience in the area of project, process and/or quality management
  • Knowledge of project management methods
  • Confident German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Reliable and structured way of working
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions
  • The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a wide range of tasks
  • Openness to new ideas
