Agile Project Manager

Your mission
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Steer their area of responsibility on the basis of targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provides leadership and direction to staff in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and enhancement of various applications and infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and mitigate potential risks/crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Understand the value-chains of the project customers. Support project specialists and advise the internal customer while forming an effective interface between the business department and IT, i.e. consult with business and service manager to develop technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Serve as facilitator between Business and IT working networke (cross-functional), identifying and utilizing synergies across project and operational IT Organization.
  • Proactively works with all stakeholders to resolve project risks and conflicts without management escalation

Your profile
We are looking for people with:
  • Bachelor‘s degree, ideally with 10+ years IT experience
  • Experience in quality management, process management, and/or project management
  • Knowledge in Management systems such as FISO 14000, QS 9000, and ISO/TS 16949, Experience with SPC, and MSA, etc… is welcome
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to make decisions
  • Self-organizational skills and self reflection
  • Ability to quickly ramp up and adapt to a wide range of topics and responsibilities
  • German language ability is a plus

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
