Conduct safety inspections: Regularly inspect work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Develop & implement safety policies: Create and roll out safety policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the project site.
Training and Education: Provide safety trainings and educate workers, ensuring they understand safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
Documentation: Maintain records and documentation related to safety activities, including training sessions, inspections, and incident reports.
Promote Safety Culture: Foster a culture of safety within the organization by leading safety meetings and initiatives.

Dein Profil

OSHA 30 – Construction
CPR/AED Certification
Previous experience in construction safety or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

Your mission

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in industrial safety, engineering, business management or administration.
CPR/AED Certification
Working knowledge of OSHA 30, National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), DOT and workers compensation laws in the field of construction
Previous experience in construction safety or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Effective computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Proficient oral and written communication skills to enable incumbent to work closely with all field employees, senior management, field operations and government agencies, as needed.
