Your mission

  • providing technological support and supervision of the plastics injection molding process,
  • optimizing process parameters to ensure process stability, quality and efficiency,
  • analyzing process-related issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions,
  • conducting technological and process trials,
  • participating in the launch of new projects, machines, molds and production processes,
  • preparing and updating process and technological documentation,
  • monitoring process parameters and production performance indicators,
  • identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce process losses,
  • supporting the implementation of technological and engineering changes,
  • providing technical support to production in solving day-to-day process issues,
  • cooperating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and R&D departments,
  • participating in continuous improvement projects,
  • ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety and automotive industry standards.

Your profile

  • a university degree in a technical field, preferably Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Plastics Technology or a related discipline,
  • previous experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment,
  • practical knowledge of plastics injection molding processes,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • knowledge of tools and methodologies used for production process improvement,
  • ability to work with technical documentation,
  • good command of English enabling effective communication in an international environment,
  • independence, responsibility and good organizational skills,
  • an analytical approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset,
  • ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Your additional advantage will be
  •  experience in the automotive industry,
  • knowledge of plastics processing technologies,
  • experience in launching new production processes,
  • knowledge of FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies,
  • knowledge of quality requirements applicable to the automotive industry,
  • experience in cooperation with suppliers of machinery, molds and technological equipment.
